The individual will play a critical role in the Cell Therapy pipeline development and ensure appropriate cellular candidate selection, robust process development, and efficient transition to cGMP manufacturing. The selected candidate will be developed as a functional area representative and leader on project teams.

Key Responsibilities: Multicolor flow panel design and operation. Cell culture of primary hematopoietic cells including isolation, activation and cryopreservation. T and NK cell subset characterization using flow cytometry. Vector construction and engineering to modulate expression. Viral vector engineering and generation. RTK signaling analysis by Western blotting and related approach. Basic Qualifications: Ph.D. in Immunology with at least four years of experience in multicolor flow cytometry and primary T lymphocyte culture. Expertise in multicolor flow panel design and immunophenotyping of human PBMCs lineage and T cell differentiation subsets. Strong knowledge and skills in molecular biology, transcriptional regulation, vector construction, transient and stable expression systems. Expertise using tools of flow cytometry data analysis, such as FlowJo. Expertise in immunological assays related to T cell signaling and cellular functions. Familiar with omics databases and bioinformatics tools. Experience with cell engineering (e.g., CRISPR) Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
