VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time General Labourer - Window Production to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the production process by assisting with assembly, material handling, and quality control. The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do

• Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of windows and related components according to company specifications
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials, move products between workstations, and maintain organized work areas
• Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards before shipment
• Support machine operators and production team members as needed to maintain workflow
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain cleanliness of the production floor and participate in general housekeeping duties
• Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labour is an asset but not required—training will be provided
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
• Good communication and teamwork skills
