We’re looking for a dynamic Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our INTACT Service Centre location on a maternity leave contract.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greeting Customers
• Answering Telephone
• Prepare and Process Financial Invoices
• Process Parts Invoices
• Maintain front desk, reception area, and meeting area
• Perform any related clerical duties
• Taking information for walk-in estimates and handling customer drop-offs
• Timecard entry

Requirements:

• Must like working in a fun environment that produces results.
• Able to stay organized and manage time effectively when working alone or collaboratively with a team.
• Enthusiastic, displays a positive attitude and is professional.
• 1 + Administrative Experience
• Superb communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to problem solve and to work independently, under pressure and with deadlines.
• Customer Service Focused
