Tasks

• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and tools required for equipment repair and maintenance.
• Accurately complete maintenance and repair logs in accordance with food industry standards and applicable regulations.
• Perform regular inspections on production equipment.
• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance operations according to established schedules to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical failures on food processing machines.
• Complete required forms during maintenance and repair work.
• Carry out small construction jobs to help maintain the factory infrastructure.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Industrial Mechanics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Skills in small construction/maintenance work to support plant infrastructure.
• Good command of spoken and written French.
