About the role
Are you looking for a stable, versatile job where your strong sense of service will be truly valued? This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team while benefiting from on-site housing provided directly in the building. We are currently seeking two concierges to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of residents in a residential building located in Montreal. You will play a key role in the proper functioning of the facilities and the overall resident experience.

Tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas (lobby, elevators, stairwells, hallways, technical rooms);
- Take care of outdoor areas, including green spaces;
- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance (basic electrical work, simple plumbing, small jobs);
- Ensure safety by controlling building access and monitoring the proper functioning of doors and security systems;
- Manage waste collection and keep designated areas clean;
- Welcome and assist new residents;
- Respond to residents' daily requests and needs;
- Coordinate with external service providers (cleaning, specialized maintenance, etc.);
- Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (hotel maintenance, building maintenance, etc.);
- Must reside on-site.
- Solid general knowledge of maintenance and security systems.
Desired profile
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service;
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with attention to detail;
- Functional French or English to communicate with an international clientele.
