####Position Overview

Foundation Health is seeking aSleep Medicine Physicianto join our growing team. This role focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of sleep disorders, working collaboratively with primary care providers and specialists within our network.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to build or expand a sleep medicine practice within a supportive, modern, and integrated clinical environment.

####Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with sleep disorders, including:
  • Obstructive sleep apnea
  • Insomnia
  • Restless legs syndrome
  • Circadian rhythm disorders
• Interpret sleep studies (polysomnography and home sleep apnea tests)
• Develop and oversee treatment plans, including CPAP therapy and behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with family physicians and other specialists for comprehensive patient care
• Provide patient education on sleep hygiene and treatment adherence
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in EMR systems
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development

####Qualifications

• Medical degree with licensure in Ontario
• Certification in Sleep Medicine (RCPSC, CPSO)
• Background in Internal Medicine, Respirology, Neurology, or Family Medicine with sleep-focused practice
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
