Responsibilities:

• Implement an Emergent Curriculum tailored to children’s development
• Foster children's emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth
• Maintain accurate documentation and health/safety checks
• Support classroom transitions and daily routines
• Collaborate with external specialists (Speech, Occupational Therapists, etc.)
• Attend team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Valid Albert ECE License
• Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B
• Clear Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check (no older than 3 months)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
