Tasks
- Oversee and implement HR strategies across the company.
- Manage recruitment and organizational development.
- Ensure employee relations and performance management.
- Develop and enforce internal company policies.
- Administer HR systems, supervise payroll, and maintain employee records.
- Organize social activities and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements
- Strong command of all HR areas: compensation, health and safety, talent management, training.
- Good knowledge of Quebec labor laws and CNESST standards.
- Experience with HR and payroll systems (e.g., ADP).
- Fluent in both French and English to communicate regularly with English-speaking clients and subcontractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Administration (CRHA designation is an asset).
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (experience in the food industry is an asset).
