We are currently hiringtwo Founding Account Executivesto help scale our growth toward**$1M ARR**.
The Opportunity
As aFounding Account Executive, you will play a key role in building our revenue engine from the ground up.
This is a**full-cycle sales role for a high-performing “hunter.”**You will generate your own pipeline, run the entire sales process, and close mid-market deals with Sales Leaders and revenue executives.
Beyond closing deals, you will also ensure clients experiencefast ROI by guiding them through their first 30 days of activation.
This role is structured as a self-employed contractor engagement with competitive base pay and strong commission potential.
Key Responsibilities Outbound Lead Generation

LeverageLinkedIn, cold outreach, and social sellingto connect with decision makers

Build consistent outbound prospecting campaigns and follow-up cadences
Full-Cycle Deal Execution

- Deliver compellingproduct demonstrations

- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close

- Close**$10,000 – $25,000+ USD ACVdeals withVPs of Sales and revenue leaders**
Client Activation & Early Success

- Guide newly signed clients through theirfirst 30 days of onboarding

- Ensure quick adoption and measurable ROI

Compensation Structure💰

- This is a self-employed contractor role with strong earning potential.
Base Compensation
-
- $60,000 CAD per year ($5,000 CAD per month)
Commission
10% uncapped commission on Year 1 ARR
The USD Advantage

- Clients pay inUSD, and commissions are calculated on theUSD contract value, then paid out in CAD.
Example:

- $15,000 USD contract

- $1,500 USD commission

Qualifications
We’re looking for adriven, disciplined SaaS sales professionalwho thrives in early-stage environments.
Preferred experience includes:

- ProvenB2B SaaS sales track recordclosing new business

- Experience selling toSales Leaders, RevOps, HR, or Operations(a strong bonus)

- Demonstrated success withoutbound prospecting and pipeline generation

- Deep familiarity withLinkedIn social selling and outreach cadences

- A relentlesshunter mentality— you create opportunities rather than waiting for inbound leads

- Strong communication skills and the operational discipline to managepipeline, demos, and onboarding
