Director, Operations
Reporting to and working closely with the Vice President, Impact and Operations, theDirector, Operations will lead the establishment of Prosper Canada’s project management function, strengthening how the organization plans, monitors, and manages complex cross-team initiatives. They will also implement organizational capacity planning and management and, over time, lead other priority operational effectiveness initiatives.

Our compensation for all job levels (8) is competitive with comparable charitable/non-profit organizations operating in the Greater Toronto Region
