Summary
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to work closely with our CEO in an administrative support capacity. You will perform a wide variety of tasks as assigned by the CEO and other senior leaders. You will be primarily working in person out of the Vancouver office, with daily check-ins with your supervisors.
The Position will be a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a recent grad, or someone who is looking to make a change in their current career. This role is more than getting coffee. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to perform duties in line with their strengths and gain valuable professional experience.
Your role will include:
- Administrative and day-to-day support to the CEO and portfolio companies
- Support to the CEOs family tasks
- Manage travel arrangements
- Regular reporting and updates
- Performing duties across the organization as required to meet the overall business objectives
- Completing ad-hoc executive tasks as required
Required Skills or Experience
Candidates seeking to apply for the Operations Associate position must satisfy the following requirements:
- Successfully complete online testing for the position
- Valid driver license – Class 5 or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional time management skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving ability
- High adaptability to a high-stress, high work volume environment
- Natural curiosity and willingness to learn
- Commitment to excellence in work products produced
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office and Google suite
Salary and Benefits
- $65,000 - $70,000 base salary, with potential bonus and profit-sharing available based on individual performance
- Extended health benefits plan
