Tasks
- Supervise daily operations related to parking and commercial services.
- Oversee staff and ensure cleanliness, organization, and quality of service in all areas.
- Monitor maintenance, snow removal, and report any required repairs.
- Manage inventory (tickets, receipts, supplies, etc.).
- Support team members during busy periods.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and fill in for absences as needed.
- Train newly hired employees.
- Write required reports (finance, incidents, operations).
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and autonomy.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving record (SAAQ).
- Advanced English (approximately 50% of communications).
