Tasks
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex electrical projects from proposal to close-out.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships at a strategic level.
- Deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that align with industry regulations and project timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and technologists as part of a knowledge-sharing culture.
- Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and client meetings.
- Ensure quality assurance and budget oversight throughout all project phases.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering and project management.
- Strong technical background in electrical systems for mining or industrial facilities.
- Proven success in consulting or EPCM environments.
- Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation preferred (or eligibility).
- Bilingualism is an asset, but not required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with design and modeling tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
