About the role
Job Description
Working within a team of professionals in the fire protection field, your work will enable the company to adequately meet its clients’ needs and ensure the safety of their fire protection and alarm systems. You will be primarily responsible for handling all service requests for your division and ensuring their coordination. You will also be responsible for, among other things :
- Participate in work estimates for fire alarm systems/fire alarm inspections/sprinkler inspections as support to the Sales group;
- Manage projects according to the site schedule, specifications and the estimate;
- Assign all manpower and materials to complete the project;
- Coordinate workload for fire alarm/sprinkler technicians;
- Participate in construction site meetings, when necessary;
- Expertise the inspection reports;
- Manage and approve timesheets;
- Prepare monthly invoicing;
- Lead team meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a management role in the fire protection industry;
- Strong fundamentals and knowledge of fire alarm products and systems;
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory);
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills;
- Good communication.
