About the role
As a Staff Manager, you will play a central role in coordinating team operations, leading recruitment efforts, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites. Your ability to align talent with opportunity, foster lasting client relationships, and contribute to our strategic growth will be key to expanding our presence in Ontario.
Les tâches
- Oversee daily operations and performance of 50 employees across multiple sites.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
- Conduct site visits to support employees and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring operational follow-through.
- Develop and maintain industry connections to support growth.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all locations.
- Stay adaptable to support evolving operational needs.
Exigences du poste
- 3 to 5 years of team management experience.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to conduct on-site visits.
- An established professional network.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Flexibility for travel, meetings, and varied schedules.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
