About the role
A company specialized in foundation construction, pile installation, and building stabilization, also offering excavation and demolition services for the first stage of construction. It operates on large-scale projects for clients across Quebec.
In a phase of expansion, the company is currently looking for a dynamic and organized administrative assistant to join its team. This position represents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing company and work in a stimulating environment.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist sales representatives in managing internal leads and organizing client files.
- Read and understand basic construction plans (experience in the construction field is an asset).
- File and manage administrative documents.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager (Shawn) in his various tasks.
- Perform routine administrative tasks (managing correspondence, preparing reports, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams using communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, phone, and email.
- Perform all other administrative tasks related to the position.

Benefits of this position:

- 4 weeks of vacation (2 weeks in winter and 2 weeks in summer)

Requirements:
- Bilingual (written and spoken) in French and English for the anglophone clientele established in Quebec (40% of the time).
- Knowledge in the construction field.
- DEC in administration or other relevant studies.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar position.
Salary: Between $60,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: Daytime, 40 hours per week, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Status: Permanent
