Tasks

• Key Responsibilities:
• Enter new clients and proposals into the database.
• Maintain and update the client database and records.
• Track the implementation of individual and group insurance policies.
• Follow up on investment transactions and fund statements.
• Communicate with clients to address their needs.
• Review and process proposals and administrative documents.
• Prepare and deliver required documents for insurance and investment clients.
• Verify calculations and guarantee documents, delivering to clients as needed
• Extract benefit summaries after each policy implementation or renewal.
• Monitor exclusions and adjustable surcharges.
• Provide new clients with web access and investment information.
• Prepare and deliver contracts and other administrative documents.
• Support advisors with any additional administrative and client service tasks.

Job requirements

• Previous experience in administrative support and customer service.
• Excellent spoken and written French; functional English for English-speaking clients (approx. 5%).
• Proficiency with technology and financial database management software.
• Experience in administrative support within the financial sector or an accounting firm is an asset.
• Education in office administration, secretarial studies, or administration is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Discretion and respect for confidential financial and personal information.
