Tasks
- Key Responsibilities:
- Enter new clients and proposals into the database.
- Maintain and update the client database and records.
- Track the implementation of individual and group insurance policies.
- Follow up on investment transactions and fund statements.
- Communicate with clients to address their needs.
- Review and process proposals and administrative documents.
- Prepare and deliver required documents for insurance and investment clients.
- Verify calculations and guarantee documents, delivering to clients as needed
- Extract benefit summaries after each policy implementation or renewal.
- Monitor exclusions and adjustable surcharges.
- Provide new clients with web access and investment information.
- Prepare and deliver contracts and other administrative documents.
- Support advisors with any additional administrative and client service tasks.

Job requirements
- Previous experience in administrative support and customer service.
- Excellent spoken and written French; functional English for English-speaking clients (approx. 5%).
- Proficiency with technology and financial database management software.
- Experience in administrative support within the financial sector or an accounting firm is an asset.
- Education in office administration, secretarial studies, or administration is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Discretion and respect for confidential financial and personal information.
