About the role
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional service to members in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
- Support members with day-to-day banking transactions and offer personalized financial guidance.
- Promote and educate members on Prospera’s products, services, and digital tools.
- Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and refer to internal specialists as needed.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
What You Bring
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in your community.
- Previous experience in customer service or financial services is an asset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
