About the role
Imagine yourself strolling among the rows of slot machines, where each customer is a new face to greet with a smile. A novice player approaches, hesitating in front of a machine. With kindness and expertise, you explain the rules of the game, show them how to reserve a machine, and ensure they feel comfortable and confident. Tasks
- Master of conversation: you will be responsible for circulating around the casino, engaging in conversations with our customers, and answering their questions with enthusiasm and expertise. You will have the opportunity to inform them about the benefits of the Casino Privilèges recognition program and various promotions.
- Ambassador of fun: you will be responsible for informing our customers about the services and activities available in our game rooms, while assisting them to enhance their game experience.
- Creator of ambiance: you will contribute to maintaining a dynamic and festive atmosphere by adjusting lighting and sound, and actively participating in activities and events, sometimes even donning thematic costumes.
- Customer engagement expert: proactively responding to customers' questions and needs while collecting their suggestions and feedback to improve our services.
- Team collaborator: working closely with other team members to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
- Responsible play advocate: tactfully intervene with customers who deviate from play rules and ethics, emphasizing the importance of responsible play.
- Any other related tasks: You assist customers with various requests and support colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Job requirements
- High school diploma (SSD) completed.
- Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a dynamic and interactive environment like events.
- Excellent communication skills in French.
- Staying informed about cultural and sporting developments in the region.
- Knowledge of casino games would be an asset, but don't worry, you will receive comprehensive training.
- Must be available on Friday and Saturday nights from 7 PM to 3 AM for part-time positions.
- Must be available from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, 7 PM to 3 AM, for full-time positions.
