About the role
Are you a motivating leader familiar with high‑volume environments such as retail, entertainment, arcades, food service, amusement parks, or indoor leisure centers? Do you enjoy structuring operations, optimizing workflows, and leading teams toward clear, measurable goals?
Our partner, a fast‑growing company in the interactive entertainment industry, is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the operations of a strategic location in Trois‑Rivières. In this role, you will manage all branch activities while leading a dynamic team, ensuring a memorable customer experience, and contributing directly to the operational and financial performance of the site.
Main Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain a team of 10 to 15 employees.
- Support team development and maintain a high level of employee engagement.
- Plan and coordinate training to ensure compliance with quality, service, and operational standards.
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and facility maintenance.
- Manage supplier relationships, including follow‑ups, communications, and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational excellence standards.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve internal processes.
- Control labor costs, losses, purchasing, and inventory in line with financial objectives.
- Monitor performance indicators and collaborate with management to meet branch goals.
- Drive sales, promotions, and local initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Contribute to customer loyalty and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Ensure all required operating permits remain valid.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.

Requirements
- High school diploma (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar team‑management role (10+ employees) in retail, service, leisure, or entertainment environments.
- Availability to work various shifts (day, evening, weekends).
- Hands‑on leader capable of making operational decisions and guiding the team toward excellence.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and operational rigor.
- Solid understanding of organizational efficiency and business principles.
- Comfortable using technology to manage schedules, inventory, and process improvements.
- Bilingualism required (advanced French and English) to communicate effectively with teams and external stakeholders approximately 50% of the time.
- College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in management or a related field (an asset).
Salary: Between $50,000 and $65,000 annually, based on experience.
Schedule: Flexible schedule, 40 hours per week.
Status: Permanent, full‑time.
