Tasks

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care.
• Assist in assessing patient health status and contribute to developing and monitoring individualized care plans.
• Deliver healthcare and wellness support, administer treatments and medications to maintain or restore health, and prevent complications.
• Support and educate patients and their families to promote autonomy and overall well-being.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Job requirements

• Diploma in Health, Assistance, and Nursing Care (DEP) from a recognized institution.
• Member in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ).
• Relevant experience in hospital settings, long-term care, or senior care facilities.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including every other weekend.
