What you’ll do:

• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service while supporting a safe, efficient, and well-organized operation.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable dining environment for guests at the Discovery Co-op Diner, including cl earing and cleaning tables, surfaces, chairs, high-touch areas, and maintaining clean floors in the dining room.
• Assist with setup and closing duties such as restocking supplies, organizing dining areas, wiping down stations, and preparing the dining room for service or end of day.
• Supports front-of-house operations by assisting guests, maintaining sanitation standards, and contributing to a positive dining experience that reflects
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail and:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service.
• Co‑operative retail experience is considered an asset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and support others as needed.
• Willing to follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Dependable, courteous, and respectful in your approach to work.
• Able to stand for extended periods, demonstrate good manual dexterity, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.

A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
