Job Summary
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with Shopify experience to join our Marketing team!
As the UI/UX Designer, you will help us craft a polished, user-friendly e-commerce experience. You’ll play a key role in redesigning and optimizing our Shopify storefront—from mapping UX flows to delivering high-fidelity UI designs and collaborating closely with developers for implementation. You’ll have ownership over the user journey and play a central role in creating a cohesive, conversion-driven customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Redesign and refine key user flows, with a focus on conversion, usability, and brand alignment
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
- Design responsive layouts that ensure a seamless experience across desktop and mobile
- Work within the capabilities and constraints of Shopify themes, sections, and templates
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation
- Maintain high standards for accessibility, performance, and UX best practices
- Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve the user experience
- Stay current with e-commerce design trends, usability principles, and Shopify updates
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on e-commerce
- Direct experience designing for Shopify—you understand themes, sections, app integration, and customization limitations
- A strong portfolio showcasing both thoughtful UX and clean, modern UI
- Proficiency in Figma and comfort with tools like Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first UX principles
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience working with Shopify apps and third-party integrations
- A self-starter mindset—you take initiative and solve problems independently
