Responsibilities

Tasks

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of landscaping and grounds maintenance workers across job sites;
• Lead the development of a growing landscaping team, including assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentoring of new employees;
• Training others on how to achieve our signature European/German paver technique;
• Schedule crew for jobs to ensure we meet timelines and expectations;
• Monitor the quality of landscaping work performed, ensuring compliance with company standards and client specifications;
• Provide hands-on guidance and technical direction to team members regarding landscaping techniques, equipment use, and best practices;
• Plan and coordinate work activities such as lawn maintenance, snow removal, hardscaping, gardening, etc.;
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are used safely and maintained in good working condition;
• Communicate with management regarding staffing needs, workflow challenges, and project progress;
• Liaise with clients on-site as needed to address concerns, clarify work requirements, and maintain service quality; and
• Maintain basic records related to work schedules, crew attendance, and completed landscaping services.
