About the role

Our client, a well-established company in the construction industry, is looking for an Accounting Clerk to support its financial operations as part of a temporary mandate to start, followed by a permanent hire. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to project accounting management while working in a professional and friendly environment.

Tasks
- Enter and code invoices.
- Verify supporting documents and required approvals.
- Assist in preparing payments and reimbursements.
- Analyze and reconcile supplier account statements.
- Handle client invoicing and account follow-ups.
- Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve issues.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- Diploma in accounting or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong command of spoken and written French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- Familiarity with Acomba Construction software (an asset).
