Job Responsibilities Le conseiller bioanalytique doit s’assurer que les sites cliniques collaborant avec les laboratoires de Syneos disposent de procédures de collecte d’échantillons cliniques claires qui sont conformes aux procédures analytiques prévues pour la bioanalyse. Cela inclut la rédaction d’instructions claires dans le protocole, sur une fiche d’information AMIS ou sous la forme d’un manuel formel de laboratoire. Le conseiller bioanalytique peut également être invité à former le personnel clinique au besoin afin de garantir l’intégrité des échantillons de la collecte à l’analyse. De plus, le conseiller bioanalytique fournit des recommandations scientifiques aux promoteurs et à l’équipe bioanalytique de Syneos sur les meilleures stratégies bioanalytiques afin d’atteindre les objectifs de l’étude. Ces recommandations incluent, sans s’y limiter, de fournir une recommandation sur les intervalles d’étalonnage de méthodes bioanalytiques afin de s’assurer qu’elles sont adaptées à l’étude qu’elles visent. Elles incluent aussi des conseils sur les parties chimiques à mesurer dans le contexte de chaque étude (précurseur de médicament, médicament parent, métabolites, stéréo-isomères, fractions libres et liées, fractions encapsulées et non encapsulées, etc.).
- Examiner les protocoles d’étude pour s’assurer que les solutions bioanalytiques offertes au promoteur atteignent les objectifs de l’étude.
- Rédiger et réviser les instructions de collecte et d’expédition d’échantillons afin d’assurer l’intégrité des échantillons depuis la collecte au site clinique jusqu’à l’analyse en laboratoire (par exemple : rédiger ou revoir les sections de collecte d’échantillons du protocole, fiche d’information AMIS, manuels de laboratoire, etc.).
- Peut être invité à fournir de la formation directe au personnel clinique sur la collecte d’échantillons.
- Agir comme conseiller technique auprès du service de bioanalyse en soutien aux questions d’investigation ou réglementaires.
- Évaluer les intervalles d’étalonnage optimaux nécessaires pour les méthodes bioanalytiques en se basant sur les informations disponibles dans la documentation, l’expérience bioanalytique antérieure ou les données fournies par les promoteurs.
Offrir des conseils sur les stratégies bioanalytiques les plus pertinentes en ce qui concerne les groupes chimiques à mesurer afin de mieux soutenir les objectifs de l’étude.
Assurer un soutien au promoteur sur les questions liées à la bioanalyse soulevées par l’autorité de réglementation lors de la vérification de soumissions (lettres d’observation, soutien aux soumissions, etc.).
Responsable d’exécuter des activités conformes aux politiques corporatives et divisionnaires applicables, aux modes opératoires normalisés et aux lignes directrices opérationnelles, ainsi qu’à l’exécution d’autres tâches assignées par la direction.
Qualifications Additionnelles
- Baccalauréat en science.
- Un autre diplôme pertinent pourrait être considéré comme acceptable.
- Expérience dans un contexte réglementaire sera considérée comme un atout.
Niveau anglais : Le bilinguisme requis inclut la communication verbale et écrite sur des sujets souvent techniques, ainsi que la rédaction de procédures ou de rapports techniques.

In a nutshell, the bioanalytical advisors are responsible for: - Providing or reviewing sample collection procedures of all clinical and non-clinical trials for which Syneos supports the bioanalytical phases. - Provide scientific input on the applicability of our bioanalytical assays to achieve the targeted study endpoint. -Evaluate the concentration ranges over which our bioanalytical assay should be validated to be suited for the intended goal. - Review new business opportunities, extract activities in scope for the bioanalytics and provide budget accordingly to cost proposal and Business development.
