About the role
Wanted: An Eh-List Canadian Sales Manager
At Copernicus, we don’t just chase deals-we strive to build lasting relationships, open new markets and drive meaningful growth. We’re looking for a high performing, hungry, proudly Canadian Sales Manager who knows how to drive sales. If you’ve got grit, the kindness of a neighbour with a snow shovel and the sales skills of a seasoned pro – we want you on our Eh-list.
This is your chance to start conversations that matter, and make noise in the best possible way. Our upcoming NEW product line, made-in-Canada is a chance to help shape the future of the company and grow our Canadian market.
Also, jeans are fine. And so are sneakers. And so is that hoodie you love.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead sales efforts across the Canadian and International market. You’ll hunt for new business, nurture existing relationships, and help shape the future of our ‘Made in Canada’ brand. • Manage the full cycle from prospecting to close, driving B2B and B2C sales in Canada and the international market. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the Canadian market. • Meet and exceed revenue targets (and maybe even your caffeine limit). • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team on strategic projects focused on growing our business. • Identify trade show opportunities and represent our brand at trade shows and events. • Oversee the supervision of personnel in the Canadian sales department including allocating work, training, problem resolution, evaluating and recommending desired performance requirements.
What You Bring to the Table:
• A brain wired for ideas and a hunger to act on them — the kind of ideas people scribble on napkins and can’t stop thinking about until they try them. • 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B and B2C or international sales. • Killer communication skills — writing, speaking, and translating sales-speak into human-speak. Who You Are:
• You are based in Canada. • You’re a strategic thinker with a creative edge to grow sales and transform visions into opportunities. • You are a self starter with a passion for growth, learning and all things sales. • You believe great brands make people feel something. • You want your work to have an impact — not just on sales, but on people and the planet. • You have a sense of humour, a collaborative spirit, and a touch of Canadian pride.
Ready to Close This Deal?
If you’re ready to bring the heat, apply now and show us why you’re the Eh-List Closer we’ve been waiting for. We read a lot of applications. Most look the same. Yours shouldn’t. We want you to prove — from the very first hello — that we need to meet you. This doesn’t have to be a traditional résumé. It can be a short video or something so unexpected it makes us laugh, think, or say “Wow.” Show us you’re the one.
Email us your submission and be sure to check out our website at www.copernicused.com to learn what life is like as a Copernican!
