We are actively seeking an experienced 3M and Xpel Installer to work in our state-of-the-art facility that needs to be seen in person! In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring our customers' vehicles are protected with precision and professionalism. What You Will Be Doing

• Apply 3M Xpel film accurately and efficiently
• Assess vehicles to ensure surfaces are prepared for installation
• Provide exceptional service to our valued clients
• Keep updated with current installation techniques and product innovations
• Share expertise and mentor junior installation technicians
• Collaborate with the team to consistently improve service delivery

What it takes

• Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license
• 1+ years experience in 3M or Xpel installations
• Passionate about cars and their aesthetics
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast paced environment
• A drive to continuously learn and evolve in the role
