We currently have a Forklift Operator position open at our Cambridge Distribution .

Position Responsibilities

• This associate will drive a lift and will perform multiple tasks.
• Pull active stock for active picking, pulling cases from hi-bay to ship to customers, perform cycle counts, and put away cases from receiving.
• Constant lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Follow safety protocols – critical requirement.
• Loading and unloading materials from tractor trailers/containers.
• Moving pallet-packed materials around the facility.
• Checking loads are secure.
• Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Following written instructions and keeping records.
• Quality assurance (QA) duties, including reporting product damage and shortages.
• Utilizes radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment to track inventory.
• Shrink wraps goods or otherwise secures them and prepares them for transport.
• Report any malfunctions of the equipment immediately.

Position Requirements

• Lift driving experience is preferred.
• This position requires a high attention to detail and quality.
• This position requires demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to work weekends, when needed.
• Must follow directions well.
• Good attendance is a must.
