About the role
Our client, a recognized leader in the sale, rental, and repair of aerial lifts and lifting platforms, has built a strong reputation over the past 20 years for the quality of its services and the expertise of its team. Amid a period of significant growth, our client is seeking a Sales Representative to develop the Western Ontario / GTA territory. Tasks
- Represent the company’s products and services throughout the assigned territory.
- Develop new customer segments while managing existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to define objectives, strategies, and sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system.
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and provide customer training during deliveries.
- Coordinate closely with the Service Department to ensure efficient delivery logistics.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows.
- Prepare sales reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about products, market trends, and competitors.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or related fields.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
- Capable of operating and demonstrating equipment (training provided).
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
