Now we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Systems Technician to support our store teams and keep our tech infrastructure running smoothly across all locations.

What you’ll do

• Provide in-person technical support for store systems including POS terminals, back-office servers, retail scales, and CCTV
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across multiple Summerhill Market locations
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Windows 10/11 systems and Microsoft 365 applications
• Support end-users with device setup, account access, and general IT requests
• Participate in upgrades, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, configurations, and resolutions
• Be available for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed in a retail support environment

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years’ experience in IT support or technical operations (retail environment preferred)
• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches)
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, retail scales, and POS systems (ECRS experience is an asset)
• Ability to write or interpret simple scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• A quick learner who adapts well to new systems and technologies
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments
