Purpose:
This position will deliver exam materials, monitor exam booklet distribution and safe keeping, invigilate and monitor exams and tests in accordance with applicable Senate Policies, Registrar's Office procedures, and directions provided by the course instructor, ensure the exam space is prepared and in good order and answer inquiries.

Education:
Completion of High School and attending year 1 of post secondary studies.

Experience:
Some previous experience doing clerical tasks.

Skills:
Strong organizational skills. attention to detail. good problem solving skills. strong interpersonal/communication skills. ability to understand policies/procedures and apply. ability to maintain confidentiality. dependable, punctual and ability to be flexible work in a team and exercise independent duties. Lifting/bending and walking.
