• Welcome players upon arrival, guide them through the room, and provide all necessary information about available games and services in the poker room.
• Handle chip and cash exchanges, ensuring fast and accurate transactions to support a smooth player experience.
• Manage poker table reservations, register players upon arrival, and communicate essential details about how games are run.
• Provide clear and accurate answers to guests’ questions about events, services, and game rules.
• Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere so that every player feels at ease from the moment they enter the poker room.
• Perform any all others related tasks.

Job requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an interactive or fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling cash and managing transactions.
• Excellent communication skills in French.
• Interest in staying up to date with cultural and sports events in the region.
• Familiarity with casino games is a plus, but don’t worry—we provide full training.
