We offer a comprehensive range of dental services to meet the needs of our patients and their families. Our services include general dentistry, cosmetic services, dental implants, pediatrics, and emergency services.
Our practice is conveniently located in the professional center next to Market Mall. You will have access to free on-site parking, as well as access to great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance.

Schedule:
- Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Flexibilty for other weekday coverage is an asset

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
- Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
About You:
- Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
