We are looking for a National Commercial Insurance Coordinator to join BrokerLink and work out of one of our offices in Alberta, Ontario, or Atlantic region on a Permanent FT Basis.

What the Role Entails:

• Support the day to day administration of the National Commercial activities
• Maintain reports and tracking of a variety of initiatives within the National commercial function
• Develop and maintain resource material and information
• Participate in the drafting of documents, presentations, and reports
• Organize and administer insurer meetings (agenda and minutes, receipt of documents) and other scheduled meetings
• Liaise with colleagues and counterparts within the organization
• Be involved in stimulating, challenging projects and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and expertise

The Successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of the Office suite (including an excellent knowledge of PowerPoint) as well as email and calendar management
• Very strong writing, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines
• Professional and friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Self-directed and independent, but also experienced in working effectively as a member of a team
