Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Tasks
Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
Evaluate daily operations Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Conduct performance reviews Cost products and services Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Support for newcomers and refugees
Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.)
Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
Support for youths
Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment
Support for Indigenous people
Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 hours per week
