We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented UAT Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing activities across multiple projects and platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are ready for production deployment.

The UAT Manager will be responsible for establishing UAT processes, managing test cycles, coordinating defect resolution, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UAT planning, execution, and reporting for enterprise applications and initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and testing scope. Develop and maintain UAT strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. Coordinate UAT schedules, resources, environments, and communications across teams. Manage defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution with development and QA teams. Ensure traceability between business requirements and UAT test coverage. Facilitate go/no-go decision meetings and provide UAT sign-off recommendations. Identify testing risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Drive continuous improvement of UAT processes, standards, and documentation. Provide regular status updates and metrics to leadership and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. 2+ years of experience leading UAT activities or managing testing teams. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira or HP ALM. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred (Optional)

Experience in telecom or enterprise systems environments ISTQB, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master certification preferred. Experience with data validation, APIs, and system integration testing.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
