The Senior Executive Coordinator is a key partner to the Vice President, helping to drive our division’s success. You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating processes, synthesizing information, and preparing impactful presentations while ensuring all divisional documents are clear, concise, and up-to-date. Qualifications Education and Professional Certification
- Diploma or degree in business administration, public administration, organizational development or related fields.
- Customer service experience and/or training would also be considered an asset.
Experience
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in administration providing support to senior leadership.
- Experience working on computers with software packages including Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe and Outlook.
- Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, presentation programs and databases
Skills And Characteristics
- Ability to complete tasks independently and efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong relationships and professional working alliances with internal and external stakeholders.
- Requires independence of judgement, and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, being able to reach consensus among those with potentially divergent opinions.
- Complex business level English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation, assigning and reviewing the work of others.
- Demonstrated understanding of principles and practices of administration.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to set clear, attainable goals and meet objectives.
- Understanding of financial record keeping practices and procedures; methods for gathering and presenting general, statistical, and technical data; budget development and expenditure tracking; and business report writing.
- Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation programs, databases.
- Emotional competence and self awareness.
- Open to continuous education and learning and development opportunities.
Services Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Vice President with meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
- Support the preparation and administration of the Division’s annual plan, including data compilation and budget tracking.
- Analyze policies, procedures, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Enter, track and retrieve a variety of statistical, budgetary and related data from on-line systems, schedule and perform downloads of information, and create and/or prepare a variety of complex reports.
- Respond to requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Leadership
- Display positive role modelling, agency values, and fairness and promote policy adherence.
- Maintain professional and technical expertise by attending workshops and training, reviewing relevant publications, and establishing networks.
Management Of Resources
- Ensuring cohesive work towards on-time, budget-friendly, and customer-focused outcomes.
- Coordinate resources for effective division planning.
Safety
- Maintain, promote, and reinforce safe work habits, practices, and procedures.
- Adhere to written or verbal agency and government regulations, policies, practices, and instructions.

About Ranch Ehrlo Society
Ranch Ehrlo, a non-profit organization, was founded by the late Dr. Geoff Pawson in 1966. It started as a single home for six boys with significant complex needs and grew to a multi-service agency delivering a wide range of accredited mental health and developmental services delivered in southern Saskatchewan and in and around Saskatoon and Prince Albert. Our services include assessment and psychotherapy for members of the broader community, family treatment and reunification, early learning, vocational training, emergency receiving services, treatment foster care, affordable housing, residential treatment, and education for children and youth with mental health and addictions needs, residential care for older adolescents and adults with pervasive and complex developmental disorders, and community recreation and sports programs for at-risk youth. Our clients are referred from across the country.
