About the Role
We’re looking for professionals from a variety of fields, ranging from tech, media, marketing, healthcare, design, consulting, finance, and beyond, to join our growing network of mentors.
As a Konekt Mentor, you’ll:
- Participate in 30-minute calls with mentees exploring your field
- Share your experiences, insights, and advice honestly and authentically
- Offer support in areas such as interview preparation, resume building, and career progression
- Choose when and how often to take calls (fully flexible)
- Get paid for every conversation you accept (mentors typically earn $10-15 per call)

Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience in your field
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
- A genuine interest in helping others navigate their career path
- Willingness to be transparent about your experiences, sharing both the highs and lows
