About the role
Temporary position for 3 months.
The Strategy and Data Valorization Integration Department has a transversal mandate to accelerate the development of artificial intelligence talent among the organization’s analytical professions. To achieve this, we offer a wide range of products and services: AI-related events, academic research partnerships, a cross-functional community of practice, and a hands-on, interactive training offer. In 2026, we also plan to launch an exchange forum and organize a Boot Camp (intensive training program) focused specifically on artificial intelligence for the summer period. In this context, this internship aims to welcome a resource who will contribute to the coordination, communication, and implementation of high-impact AI initiatives within the team responsible for developing AI practices and data valorization. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Participate in the coordination of the team’s main activities
- Support and harmonize the team’s internal and external communications
- Contribute to the design and launch of the AI Community Exchange Forum at Desjardins
- Actively participate in designing the AI Boot Camp (intensive training program) for the Summer 2026 cohort
What you bring to the table
- The internship must be officially credited/recognized by your educational institution toward the completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Project Management, Change Management, Communications, or Digital Transformation
- Relevant work or internship experience
- Strong communication skills in French, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the tasks, the tools used, and interactions with partners
- Knowledge in analytical fields (business intelligence, data science, artificial intelligence)
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Forms, Viva Engage
