On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Bell Business Markets is seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead and support complex programs and projects across multiple streams. This role requires strategic oversight, governance management, and strong leadership to ensure successful delivery of various solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and report on project/program finances and budgets.
  • Maintain and update PSA/tools weekly.
  • Communicate project goals, milestones, and deliverables to Team Lead and Director.
  • Share executive-level presentation materials in advance of meetings.
  • Manage governance for top programs and ensure adherence to governance models.
  • Support requirement gathering and deployment planning.
  • Oversee resourcing plans and address gaps to ensure program delivery.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes; ensure updates are reflected in the program workbook.
  • Follow customer escalation processes and escalate appropriately.
  • Act as SME in developing RFPs.
  • Provide feedback and assessments of program teams.
  • Offer decision-making support across all program streams.
  • Replace Team Lead during escalations when needed.
  • Collaborate with stream leads on critical issues and risks.

Critical Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and reporting on project/program finances and budgets.
  • Proven leadership in managing project risks and defining requirements.
  • Strategic support to PMs within programs.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Effective team leadership and ability to maximize team potential.
  • Strong presentation and client relationship skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Bell products, services, and ICT solutions.
  • Experience delivering complex multi-platform solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage non-standard solutions (e.g., CSAP).

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
