Delivering client‑focused advisory, management and coordination of climate, sustainability and social value activities across projects and programmes. Supports work winning and underpins Mace’s 2026 business plan and Responsible Business strategy, driving positive environmental and social outcomes through high‑quality, forward‑looking consultancy services.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing client‑focused sustainability, climate and social value strategies, ensuring measurable, purpose‑led outcomes.
- Delivering commercial targets by translating project objectives into effective, value‑driven sustainability solutions.
- Providing technical expertise, drive innovation, support bids and raise Mace’s external profile.
- Guiding and developing teams while championing net‑zero ambitions and sharing sector knowledge.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Expertise across environmental and social sustainability.
- Project or programme management capability.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
The estimated salary for this position is $ 125,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
