Role Summary:
The Finance Analyst (FP&A) will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a growing SaaS company. This role will work closely with the Finance Manager and business partners to provide insights into financial performance and support data-driven decision-making.
About the Role:

Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes.

Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast.

Track and analyze SaaS-specific KPIs such as ARR, MRR, churn, and customer growth.

Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives and scenario analysis.

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand cost drivers and operational performance.

Assist in preparing financial presentations and materials for senior leadership.

Help improve FP&A processes, reporting, and dashboards as the company scales.

Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects.
About You:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
-
1–2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role (internship experience considered).

Working knowledge of SaaS KPIs such as ARR, MRR, churn, retention, and deferred revenue, with the ability to analyze trends and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses; ability to work with large datasets and summarize insights clearly.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Experience with BI or reporting tools is a plus.

Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
