Lead artificial intelligence enablement across the OPS. About the job
Leading the Artificial Intelligence Enablement Branch, and reporting to the Chief Strategy, Artificial Intelligence and Data Officer, you will: foster and promote a productive, inclusive, and diverse team environment and a culture of service excellence lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI products and services, with a focus on practical implementation, usability, and measurable business impact manage enterprise operational risk on behalf of the OPS to ensure responsible use of AI champion user-centered design, ensuring AI solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with the needs of end users and service delivery teams lead organizational change management efforts to support AI adoption, including stakeholder engagement and transformation manage enterprise operational risk related to AI implementation, ensuring responsible, ethical, and secure use of AI technologies build and sustain key relationships with internal and external partners, clients, and stakeholders to accelerate adoption and deliver on AI-enabled outcomes across the organization

Executive Leadership
You are an experienced leader with proven abilities in: leading diverse, high-preforming technology (specific to AI) teams while promoting inclusivity, equity in a highly visible, challenging environment resiliency and experience leading and motivating multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment providing leadership and direction of AI tools, techniques and trends and implementing them in large, complex organizations
Relationship Management and Communication
You are an effective communicator and collaborative leader at multiple levels with proven abilities in: engaging, building and maintaining positive and sustained relationships with internal and external stakeholders fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes and facilitates transparency and accountability communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, translating complex technical and digital concepts into clear, practical insights to inform and influence broad audiences
Specialized Technical AI Knowledge
You are an experienced AI leader with proven abilities in: strong AI expert-level knowledge surrounding technologies, tools, trends, and best practices to direct the design, development, and implementation of AI plans and deliverables providing expert technical and strategic AI input to Ministries and clients diverse business needs experience in developing enterprise level strategic plans and business models to support organizational goals with AI and technical strategic objectives ability to evaluate and implement disruptive technologies and tools while leading applicable change management required to support the organizational transformation required for effective adoption
