Overview of Position:
Cobra Mechanical Ltd. a division of Cobra Enterprises, requires a Service Coordinator for the Mechanical Services Division, the Successful candidate will handle the daily activities of the Mechanical Service division, ensuring efficient and high-quality customer service delivery through resolving customer issues, and implementing strategies to maintain customer satisfaction. The Service Coordinator will also undertake the scheduling for the service division employees and the associated jobs/projects, with the focus being to monitor and coordinate the safety, cost, schedule and execution of work on the various projects within their assigned area of responsibility. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily operations of the service department in conjunction with the Service Division Manager
- Schedule service technicians, monitor job progress, and ensure work is completed on time
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage service administration including work orders, service requests, invoices, and job records
- Ensure technicians follow standardized operating procedures and safety requirements
- Support compliance requirements including permits, and licensing,
- Prepare service quotes and assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and invoicing
- Promote strong customer service, resolve concerns, and support repeat business
Preferred Qualifications (What you will contribute to the Cobra team / Experience or Certification):
- Experience in service coordination or operations within a mechanical or construction environment
- Strong scheduling, organizational, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with work orders, quoting, invoicing, and compliance documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
Minimum or Other Qualifications (What you will bring to the Cobra role):
- Proven ability to organize, coordinate, and manage multiple service-related activities and priorities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technicians, managers, customers, and vendors
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while also collaborating as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and coordination tasks
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity
- Strong accountability and dependability, including punctuality and reliability
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and related administrative tools
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Willingness to work overtime or adjusted hours as required to meet operational needs

Tyler Prevost founded Cobra Construction in 2009 as a general contracting company. In 2015, Prevost teamed up with his brother Shane and expanded the company by opening Cobra Structures, a second division to effectively serve customers with building solutions in a variety of industries.
In 2019, the Prevost brothers partnered with Norway House Cree Nation to form Bison Modular Homes. This company manufactures durable, quality modular homes that provide fire-resistant, mold-resistant, and rot-resistant building solutions to northern Indigenous communities.
Then in 2020, the Prevost’s partnered with Curtis Kuczera and created Cobra Mechanical in order to provide full mechanical and electrical turnkey solutions for clients.
