About the role

Who you are

  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, investment banking (Analyst/Associate), private equity, venture capital, or strategic business development, with a focus on technology or SaaS industries
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience developing business cases, conducting valuations, and presenting insights to senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to drive M&A or strategy processes through all lifecycle stages, including opportunity identification, due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure strategy and M&A goals are achieved
  • A deep understanding of developing and executing corporate strategy initiatives that align with corporate objectives, delivering tangible business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and present recommendations clearly and concisely
  • A passion for technology and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and evolve
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

  • We are looking for a Corporate Development & Strategy Manager to play a key role in shaping Ivanti’s growth strategy
  • This position offers the opportunity to combine strategic analysis, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive both inorganic growth through acquisitions and organic growth through corporate strategy
  • You will contribute to pivotal initiatives that help Ivanti realize its global mission to thrive in the Everywhere Work environment
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work across both Corporate Development (M&A, financial modeling, market opportunity analysis) and Corporate Strategy (strategic planning, market positioning, and organic growth initiatives) in a highly dynamic technology landscape
  • The Corporate Development and Strategy team is a driving force behind Ivanti’s growth strategy, driving critical initiatives that shape the company’s future in the dynamic technology landscape. By combining data-driven insights, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, our team identifies and executes opportunities that accelerate business growth through impactful acquisitions and transformative strategic initiatives
  • With a focus on delivering measurable outcomes, we work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure Ivanti thrives in the Everywhere Work environment
  • Support the end-to-end M&A deal lifecycle, including target evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation, deal execution, and integration planning
  • Develop financial business cases, valuation models, and strategic analyses to support acquisition decisions
  • Proactively build and maintain a strategic acquisition pipeline through ongoing market monitoring, banker relationships, and VC network engagement
  • Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to Ivanti's executive leadership team and Board of Directors
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, HR, Finance, Engineering) and external partners (investment bankers, VCs, startups) to execute inorganic growth strategies
  • Conduct industry and competitive research to help identify strategic acquisition opportunities and implications for Ivanti
  • Monitor integration processes and track synergy realization post-acquisition
  • Drive long-range strategic planning, including market positioning, competitive analysis, and identification of organic growth opportunities to inform Ivanti’s strategic direction
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and the technology landscape to identify strategic opportunities and risks for Ivanti
  • Maintain and regularly update strategic initiative tracking to ensure visibility and alignment across the organization
  • Develop specific business plans and strategic frameworks to evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Perform market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for differentiation and revenue generation through strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, marketing) to align on strategic priorities and ensure execution
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build Ivanti’s strategic presence and inform market intelligence
  • You will drive consensus for action across teams through clear communication and collaboration with senior executives, cross-functional leaders, and external stakeholders
