ApplicationProcess: Please send your resume in Word format and your completed skills matrix to Beth [email protected] and reference Solution Designer Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Designer or Advanced Application Developer to lead the design and development of an application that integrates with MS Teams and the MS 365 ecosystem. This application will programmatically initiate Teams meeting or Teams voice call transcriptions, securely store transcription data to protect PII, and process this data using an AI engine to generate charting notes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in solution architecture, API integration, and workflow management with a strong focus on security and UX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Development:
- Identify and evaluate solution options for integrating with Microsoft Teams, leveraging the Microsoft Graph API for functionality like initiating transcriptions and managing workflows.
- Architect a central processing logic to handle API calls, transcription management, and interactions with O365 and Azure resources.
- Application Development:
- Build a robust application capable of:
- Programmatically starting Teams transcriptions.
- Pulling transcription data in real time or post-session.
- Monitor certain events such teams or teams voice call ending, participants leaving or joining the meeting etc
- Storing transcription data securely to meet PII protection requirements.
- Feeding data into an AI engine for generating charting notes and other advanced processing.
- Integration with Microsoft Ecosystem:
- Implement seamless integration with O365 and Azure resources to manage workflows, data storage, and application logic.
- Use Azure services (e.g., Azure Blob Storage, Azure Key Vault, and AI services) to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
- Workflow and User Experience:
- Design and manage workflows that present options for users to initiate and manage transcription processes.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a user-friendly interface.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure secure handling and storage of PII data, aligning with regulatory requirements
- Use Azure security tools to enforce encryption, role-based access controls, and audit logging.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Partner and collaborate with TO Cloud/Messaging/Identity engineers to ensure the application fits into the enterprise architecture
Qualifications: Technical Expertise:
- Strong experience in application development and solution design, particularly in the MS ecosystem.
- Proficiency in MS Graph API, MS Teams development, and integration with O365 resources.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Key Vault.
- Knowledge of security best practices for handling sensitive data and PII.
Programming Skills:
- Proficient in one or more programming languages: C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries for building APIs and backend services (e.g., ASP.NET Core, Node.js).
Workflow and Integration:
- Experience designing workflows for user interactions and automation.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate for workflow management.
AI and Data Processing:
- Experience with AI engines (e.g., Azure OpenAI, GPT-based services) for natural language processing and data visualization.
- Knowledge of secure storage solutions for transcription data (e.g., Azure Blob Storage, Database encryption).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect).
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC2.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) for user interface development.
- Strong understanding of transcription and AI-based note generation technologies.
