We are hiring a Production Manager (Assistant Manager) to support operations at our Aurora location—driving workflow, production, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As our Production Manager, you will play a central role in leading daily shop operations, ensuring optimized production flow, team performance, and superior customer service.

Operational & Production Leadership

• Oversee daily shop workflow, production scheduling, and work-in-progress.

• Set and monitor production targets, ensuring efficient, on-time repairs.

• Lead daily production/operations meetings to align priorities and resources.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shop processes.

Team & Supervisory Leadership

• Coach, mentor, and support technicians and team members.

• Foster a positive environment centered on teamwork, communication, and accountability.

• Provide daily supervision, guidance, and operational decision-making.

Quality Control & Customer Experience

• Ensure repairs meet Zenetec’s high standards for quality, safety, and service.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, supporting customer communication and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with estimators, insurance partners, and internal departments.

Health & Safety

• Promote safe work practices in alignment with OHSA standards.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, housekeeping, and operational policies.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

We’re looking for a strong people-leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and understands production flow, customer service, and operational performance.

• Knowledge of the collision repair process, automotive service, or related production/operations environments.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

• Experience with management systems, estimating software, Microsoft Office, or business operations tools.

• Background in automotive, manufacturing, warehouse/plant operations, hospitality, retail management, or any customer-driven industry.

• A positive, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset.
