Security Level - No Clearance Required
Must Have
- 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester
- Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM application is a strong asset
- Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset
- Experience testing Adobe AEM is an asset
- Experience with defect tracking tool like Jira / Azure DevOps
nice to have:
- Experience with Case Management would be an asset.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Software Testing Soft Skills- 40%
- Analytical: Proven excellent analytical skills, logical reasoning and systematic problem solving
- Communication: Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Time Management: Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive timelines, and be adaptive to change
- Great Attitude: Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
Software Testing Experience - 35 %
- 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester
- 5+ years of experience testing a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Application
- Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM application is a strong asset
- Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset
- Experience testing Adobe AEM is an asset
- Displays an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
- Displays an understanding of PM Methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
Technical Skills - 20%
- Experience with defect tracking tool like Jira / Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of defect management life cycle
- Demonstrates an experience of proper Documentation of Test Cases / Test Execution Plans
- Working knowledge and experience of QMetry is an asset
- Working experience of an automation tool (GUI and API ) is an asset
- Ability to write and understand SQL is an asset
- Ability to understand data models is an asset
- Ability to understand Java and Javascript is an asset
Public Sector Experience- 5%
- Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
- Experience with Case Management would be an asset.
