At Etihad Town, we are expanding our global presence and seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Sales – Canada to lead our Etihad Town sales operations, strategic alliances, and business growth initiatives within the Canadian market.
Position: Head of Sales – Canada Industry: Real Estate & Construction Experience Required: 10–12 Years of Real Estate Background Note: Should be a Canadian Resident
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets of Etihad Town Projects ✔️ Lead both Direct and Indirect Sales Channels, ensuring maximum market penetration and performance of Etihad Town projects in Canadian Real Estate Market ✔️ Establish and manage strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, brokers, channel partners, investors, and corporate clients ✔️ Drive sales for all Etihad Town real estate projects of Pakistan and investment opportunities within overseas markets ✔️ Build and lead high-performing sales teams while ensuring target achievement and business expansion ✔️ Identify emerging market opportunities and formulate strategies to strengthen the Etihad Town's international presence as per Canadian Real Estate Laws ✔️ Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and key industry players within the real estate and construction sectors. Also the knowledge of working about the working of Pakistan Real Estate.
Ideal Candidate:
🔹 10–12 years of progressive sales leadership experience 🔹 Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Housing Societies, Property Development, and Construction Business 🔹 Strong exposure to both Direct Sales and Indirect/Channel Sales Networks 🔹 Demonstrated success in developing and managing dealer, broker, and agency relationships 🔹 Excellent business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills 🔹 Experience in overseas sales markets specially in Canada and B2B business development will be considered a strong advantage 🔹 Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams
Minimum Bachelor's in Business Administration or any other similar field is required. Should be a PR or Canadian national Should be able to work full time as per Canadian Labor Law.
