About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced print shop looking for someone with real print shop experience who can confidently manage both design and production responsibilities while delivering excellent customer service.

This is a team-oriented position where attention to detail, flexibility, and strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of print shop experience required
• Strong graphic design skills
• Experience with print production workflows and equipment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable answering phones and speaking directly with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to help in different areas of the business

Responsibilities

• Prepare and design print-ready artwork
• Operate and assist with print production
• Communicate directly with customers regarding orders and artwork
• Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
• Ensure quality control on all print jobs
• Help maintain efficient workflow and production timelines
• Support the team in day-to-day shop operations
